At Longs Customs, we stand behind everything we make. Every part is handmade in our shop, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we will make it right.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full 100% refund. This applies whether the item is defective or you simply changed your mind.

We cover return shipping. When you start a return, we will provide a prepaid return label so it costs you nothing to send it back.

There are no restocking fees.

Lifetime Support

Our guarantee does not stop at 30 days. We take care of any issues that come up with your taillights for the entire time you own them. If something goes wrong with one of our parts, reach out and we will make it right.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the item should be returned in its original condition with all components and packaging included. Products that have been installed and used are still covered under our lifetime support for any defects or issues, but a full money-back refund applies to items returned in resellable condition within the 30-day window.

How to Start a Return

Contact Longs Customs with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm your purchase and send you a prepaid return label along with the return address.

Once we receive the item and inspect it, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.

Proprietary Design and Intellectual Property

All Longs Customs products, including our Halo Kits and lens designs, are original creations of Longs Customs. The design, structure, and function of these products are the exclusive intellectual property of Longs Customs and are protected under applicable trade secret and trade dress laws.

Purchasing a product grants you the right to use it for its intended purpose. It does not grant any right or license to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, disassemble, or replicate the product or its design. Any attempt to do so is a violation of our intellectual property rights, and Longs Customs reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies available under the law.

Additional Terms

This policy applies to products purchased directly from Longs Customs through our official website or authorized channels. Products bought through a third-party retailer are subject to that retailer's return policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Longs Customs reserves the right to refuse any return request that is fraudulent or abusive, and to update this policy at any time, with changes effective once posted on our website.
