Longs Customs Shipping Policy

Made to Order

Every Longs Customs part is handmade in our shop, one order at a time. Because we build to order, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production before your order ships. This build time lets us hold the quality and fit that our parts are known for.

If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before you buy and we will let you know what is possible.

Shipping Time

Once your order is built and ships, standard domestic delivery takes about 2 to 5 business days depending on your location and the carrier. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. The rate you see at checkout is what you pay.

Where We Ship

We ship across the United States. If you are outside the US and want to place an order, contact us first and we will let you know if we can ship to your location and what the cost would be.

Order Updates

We will keep you posted. You will get an email confirmation when you order, and another with tracking once it ships. If you ever want a status update on your build, reach out and we will let you know where things stand.
